- Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's/College degree in any Engineering course or equivalent
- Preferably Licensed Engineer
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in project planning, development, or project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD is an advantage.
