Job summary

Meralco Energy, Inc. (MSERV) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead planning, development, and execution of complex engineering projects in the Philippines. You will guide cross-functional teams and ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met with high quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, a professional license, and 5–8 years of PM experience, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. On-site work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably Licensed Engineer
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project planning, development, or management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD is an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop implementation strategies and monitor milestones.
• Ensure objectives, scope, and deliverables are defined and communicated.
• Oversee project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Track budgets and manage resources.
