Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a skilled Project Planner to support internal and external projects by developing, maintaining, and reporting on detailed schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). The role focuses on reinforcing steel package delivery through design, supply, fabrication, and delivery, with OPC, Primavera P6 (PPM), or MS Project used for planning.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and provide data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and controls, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in planning methodologies, resource management, and progress measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in OPC.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to collect progress updates and adjust schedules.
• Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects.
• Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decision-making.
• Support EVM, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate baselines, schedule revisions, and as-built records.
• Promote best-practice project controls methodologies across the organisation.
