Job summary

You will support service personnel with budget alignment, verify overtime, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate with the Technical Service team to balance workloads and ensure timely follow-ups. Job description

The Project Planner is responsible for ensuring successful project execution by documenting, planning tasks, setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. This role supports service personnel with budget alignment, verifies overtime, and assists clients with inquiries. It also manages project schedules and coordinates closely with the Technical Service team to ensure workload balance and timely follow-ups.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Financial/Other Resources Management

• Assist in preparing and aligning budget requests for service personnel
• Verify and report overtime claims

Customer Management

• Respond to client inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with Technical Service team for follow-ups

Internal Process Management

• Plan tasks and allocate resources across active projects ( ranging from 5 – 7 projects )
• Prepare and update Gantt charts, work plans, and timelines

Learning & Growth Management

• Maintain clear communication with support teams
• Continuously improve scheduling and coordination practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Special courses in the basics of automation ( e.g. use of power BI for management reporting ). Basics of automation in excel ( e.g. VBA), database management is an advantage.
• At least 2 years in project coordination or operations support work
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or operations support
• Proficiency in Gantt chart tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Excel.
• Familiarity with budget planning and client communication protocols.
