Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee office renovation and workplace projects from planning to completion in Makati City, Philippines. You will interpret complex real estate documents and coordinate resources to meet budget and schedule requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years in project management with strong communication, budgeting skills, and proficiency in MS Project. On-site work in Makati City is expected as part of client delivery and project success.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering or Architecture with 2–3 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage office renovation and workplace projects from planning through completion.
• Interpret and apply complex documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
• Define project requirements with clients; prepare scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budget, work plan and milestones.
• Source and evaluate delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid analyses, and resource recommendations.
• Lead project delivery resources and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
• Implement and manage communication plans; conduct meetings and prepare written reports/minutes for stakeholders.
• Govern project documentation governance; ensure data integrity and timely coordination.
• Track progress against budgets and timelines; report status, variance, and action plans.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage office renovation and workplace projects from planning through completion.
• Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
• Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
• Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
• Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
• Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
• Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related course; With minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
• Good written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Requires advance knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Computer literate. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices
• Willing to work onsite (Makati City)
