The role requires 1–3 years of experience in occupational health and the ability to coordinate care for injured workers. You will implement health promotion strategies, monitor blood pressure, maintain medical records, and liaise with management to improve workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with license.
• OHNAP BOSH Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinated the health and safety of workers in the construction site, plant, and office.
• In charge for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
• Coordinate health care services for injured workers and counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitate effective communication between injured workers and management.
• Ensure health standards are met, and identify any potential health hazards in the work environment.
• Use extensive medical training and knowledge of occupational medicine and safety to interpret and document a worker's medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests.
• Investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards and collaborate with safety teams and managers
• Manage medical records, creating emergency workplace preparedness plans and evaluating health care delivery systems.
• Routine monitoring of Blood Pressure for all workers and employees.
