Site Nurse

Generally, responsible to ensure effective and efficient implementation of Company rules and regulations, policies, program and procedures such as the following:

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate care, first aid, and emergency response for injuries or illnesses on-site.
• Administer routine health checks and ensure workers are fit for duty.
• Maintain first aid kits, medical supplies, and accurate health records for all employees.
• Conduct health and safety training on first aid, equipment handling, and emergency procedures.
• Promote good hygiene practices and health awareness to prevent workplace illnesses and injuries.
• Record and report all incidents, accidents, and treatments, and collaborate with the safety team to improve safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and assist with policy development.
• Implement wellness programs and provide mental health support for workers.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills for accidents and evacuations.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
• License/Certification: Valid nursing license or registration from a recognized nursing board and OHNAP Certificate.
• Experience:
