Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Site Nurse to manage medical needs at the site and coordinate with physicians as necessary.

The role requires a BSN, 1–3 years of experience in occupational health, and OHNAP membership is preferred. The candidate will develop health programs, maintain health records, and promote safety compliance on site in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• 1–2 years of experience as an occupational health and safety nurse; fresh graduates welcome.
• OHNAP membership is preferred.
• BOSH certification is a plus.
• First Aid Trainer accreditation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of OSH standards and ISO 9001 is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and initial medical assessment at the site.
• Refer medical cases to physicians as needed and advise on health policies.
• Maintain and update employee health records and health programs.

Description

The Project Site Nurse is responsible for the medical needs of the site and refers everything to a physician when necessary. Provides basic first aid and initial diagnosis on medical conditions. Provides counseling and support, develops health and safety policies and formulates health programs. Maintains employee health records.

A. Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing

B. Experience

• At least one to two (1-2) years work experience as an occupational health and safety nurse, But fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Member of Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP)
• Has taken the Basic Occupational Safety and Health Seminar (BOSH)
• First Aid Trainer, accredited by Philippine Red Cross
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards-Advanced
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
• Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Basic
• Verbal and written communication skills-Advanced
• Professional attitude and appearance
