The Rigging Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and execution of heavy-lift, logistics transport, and project-cargo operations. This role requires coordinating site activities, stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, safe delivery of complex projects.
Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering background and proven PM experience in logistics or industrial operations, with willingness to travel and work on project sites as needed.
The Rigging Corporation is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of heavy-lift, logistics transport, and project-cargo operations.
This role is ideal for a professional who can manage complex site activities, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end project execution, from mobilization through completion.
Manage logistics transport activities, including route planning, equipment deployment, permits, scheduling, and site coordination.
Lead project-cargo movements, including heavy lift, oversized, and specialized cargo requirements.
Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, government agencies, suppliers, drivers, operators, and internal operations teams.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower and equipment requirements, cost estimates, progress reports, and project documentation.
Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to ensure safety, quality, timeline, and budget compliance.
Ensure all activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
Provide regular project updates and promptly escalates critical operational concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering or technical field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within heavy lift, construction, logistics, transport, or industrial operations.
Strong background in logistics transport management and project cargo handling is required.
Knowledge of route surveys, transport permits, equipment planning, lifting operations, and site coordination is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required.
