The Rigging Corporation is looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The position will work closely with clients, project teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to required specifications and timelines.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
Prepare and review project plans, technical documents, work schedules, and progress reports.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project personnel regarding project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress and quality of work.
Ensure that project activities comply with approved plans, specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.
Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
Identify project issues, delays, and potential risks and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Assist in preparing project cost estimates, material requirements, and other project documentation.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and other project-related documents.
Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure proper project execution.
Prepare regular project updates, accomplishment reports, and documentation for management and clients.
Ensure proper turnover and completion of project deliverables.
Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Preferably a Licensed Engineer, depending on project requirements.
With relevant experience in project engineering, construction, industrial projects, project cargo or related field is an advantage.
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willing to conduct site visits and work in project locations as required.
Willing to work on-site in Calamba City, Laguna.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday, depending on project requirements.
