Job summary

The Rigging Corporation is seeking a Heavy Lift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate heavy lifting, rigging, and project cargo operations at project sites. The role ensures safe, efficient, and properly executed lifting activities in line with plans and site requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in heavy lifting or rigging, with strong leadership and the ability to read lifting plans and drawings. On-site work and travel to project locations are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in heavy lifting, rigging, or project cargo operations.
• Experience supervising heavy lift or project cargo projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of cranes, rigging equipment, lifting accessories, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and understand lifting plans and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
• OSH safety training is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities
