Trends Group, Inc. is seeking an accountable Project Manager to oversee all engineering and technical aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion. The role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
You will liaise daily with clients on-site, supervise construction activities, lead engineers and trade foremen, and deliver regular status reports while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
We are seeking an accountable Project Manager responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of assigned projects. The role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure accuracy and quality from project initiation through completion.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, standards, and specifications.
Liaise daily with clients to understand requirements and represent them on-site.
Oversee overall project quality, including budget, timelines, plans, and team performance, and provide regular status reports.
Assign tasks and mentor project team members.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at assigned sites and coordinate with contractors on all construction-related matters.
Lead and coordinate project personnel (engineers, general foremen, and trade foremen) to ensure progress aligns with schedule and budget, assigning shift responsibilities as needed.
Support the Project Manager in preparing, tracking, and maintaining construction plans and schedules.
Develop at least a two-week look-ahead schedule based on the Project Manager’s timeline.
Review plans and identify inconsistencies with actual site implementation, reporting findings for evaluation.
Implement mitigation plans to address delays such as weather disruptions or site emergencies.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager.
At least 4 years of field and project planning experience.
Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
