Job summary

ITC CORP. in Cebu, Philippines is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to plan, supervise, and execute construction activities in line with approved plans, specifications, and project timelines.

The engineer will coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing teams to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency on site. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, preparing reports, ensuring materials and workmanship meet ITC CORP's standards, and supporting cost

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC registered) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and materials.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to safety and quality.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Engineer shall be responsible for the planning, supervision, and execution of construction activities to ensure that all works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and project timelines. The Engineer shall coordinate with the project team, clients, and subcontractors to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of project implementation.

The Engineer shall:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Review project drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing teams to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet ITC CORP's quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports, material requests, and other project documentation.
• Implement site safety standards and assist in quality control inspections.
• Attend coordination meetings and communicate project updates to the Project Manager.
• Support cost control and scheduling efforts to maintain project targets.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to local codes and engineering standards.

Job Qualifications:

The Engineer shall possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered) - required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision, project management, or site engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other engineering software tools.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites when required.
