Job summary

LIMITLESS KONSTRAQ INC. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for C&I solar projects in the Philippines.

You will oversee full lifecycle management, coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner’s engineers, and ensure timely permits and grid connections. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, PRC license preferred, and a track record of managing 2+ solar projects (100kW–5MW) with at least 5 years in construction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
PRC license preferred.
Experience managing 2+ complete C&I solar projects (100kW–5MW).
5+ years construction management experience, including 2+ years in solar.

Responsibilities

Oversee full lifecycle management of C&I solar projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Lead construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner’s engineers.
Review drawings and construction methods; chair on-site coordination meetings.
Liaise with LGU, Meralco, DOE/ERC for permits and grid connection; ensure HSE compliance.
Review subcontractor progress and billing; manage acceptance, commissioning, turnover, and as-built archiving.
Willing to travel and be stationed on-site.
