Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is seeking an experienced Technical Director – Civil to lead the Civil Design Team and provide technical leadership across complex civil engineering projects supporting the Australian market.

You will oversee delivery, review designs, lead multidisciplinary coordination, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with Australian standards and safety requirements while building strong client relationships and contributing to proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional engineering registration/chartership is required.
• 15+ years of Civil Engineering experience with leadership of large teams.

• Extensive knowledge of Australian standards/codes.
• Strong technical expertise in civil design and project delivery.
• Experience with BIM/Digital Engineering and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven client management and business development experience.
• Strong commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills.
