Job summary

green carbon in the Philippines invites a Project Manager for reforestation and mangrove restoration to provide overall coordination and oversight of the program in Zambales. You will supervise local Project Coordinators, monitor timelines and risks, and lead collaboration with POs, LGUs, DENR, universities, and other stakeholders.

Frequent field visits and reporting to Japan HQ are expected. The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to operate within a Japan–Philippines

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects or project teams.
• Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills, particularly with government agencies and local communities.
• Experience coordinating field-based or multi-site operations.
• Strong reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites throughout the Philippines.
• Ability to work effectively within a Japan–Philippines reporting and coordination structure.
