Job summary

WorkForce Software in Metro Manila seeks an implementations project manager to guide the delivery of workforce management deployments, acting as the main point of accountability for planning, governance, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring adherence to methodologies and proper documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience working with external customers.
• 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong consulting experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
• Experience in project delivery and/or PM qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and SmartSheet.
• Additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and key stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Establish clear expectations, communicate project progress, and provide timely resolution to project risks and delivery challenges.
• Build trusted customer relationships through effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

The WorkForce Software (WFS) Implementation Department is the team responsible for delivering high-quality, on-time, and scalable implementations of WFS solutions across our global client portfolio. We are involved with the full life cycle from sales engagement to successful delivery and implementation of WFS products. Our departments mission is to ensure clients achieve measurable value quickly, supported by consistent methodology, strong governance, and technically skilled project teams.

As a WorkForce Software Implementation Services Project Manager, you will lead customers through the successful delivery of workforce management implementations, serving as the primary point of accountability for project planning, execution, governance, and customer satisfaction.

Project Planning & Governance

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects from kickoff through successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance activities.
• Proactively manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, standards, and documentation requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and key stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with, or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management/Time and Attendance modules, considered a bonus.
• Experience in waterfall, agile and iterative implementation methodologies and approaches would be advantageous
