Job summary

WorkForce Software is seeking an Implementation Services Project Manager to lead the delivery of workforce management software implementations. You will be the primary accountable for project planning, execution, governance, and customer satisfaction, working with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in PM with external customers and 5+ years in enterprise software. Flexible hours, strong consulting background, and knowledge of PM processes are essential

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with external customers
• 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions
• Strong consulting experience in project management
• Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle
• PM qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, SmartSheet)
• Additional languages are beneficial
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects from kickoff to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance activities
• Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and documentation requirements
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, project teams, and stakeholders
• Communicate progress and resolve project risks and delivery challenges
• Build trusted customer relationships through effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution
