Job summary

Zero Day Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of workforce management implementation initiatives. The role coordinates functional, technical, testing, business, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.

Strong PM experience in WFM/Payroll is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or implementation delivery within Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience managing large-scale system implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, business analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of workforce management implementation initiatives.

The Project Manager will coordinate functional, technical, testing, business, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that WFS implementation activities are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience within Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, or enterprise technology implementations, with hands-on exposure to WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of WorkForce Software implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across WFS functional consultants, technical teams, business analysts, testing teams, payroll teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Coordinate implementation activities involving:
• Time and Attendance
• Scheduling
• Absence and Accruals
• Pay Rules
• Payroll and HR integrations
• Work closely with testing teams during SIT, UAT, regression, parallel testing, and go-live readiness activities.
• Manage dependencies between functional configuration, integrations, testing, data, and deployment activities.
• Provide regular project status reports to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and escalation plans.
• Support cutover planning, go-live preparation, and post-production stabilization.
• Ensure appropriate project governance, documentation, and communication are maintained throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or implementation delivery within Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience managing large-scale system implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, business analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes such as:
• Time and Attendance
• Scheduling
• Absence
• Shift Management
• Payroll processing
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and change requests.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite / Workforce Time.
• Experience managing a WorkForce Software implementation or transformation.
• Familiarity with WFS modules including Time, Scheduling, and Absence.
• Experience with integrations between Workforce Management systems and ADP, Payroll, HCM, HRIS, or ERP platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-country or global implementations.
