Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver SAP implementation projects aligning with business goals, budget, and timeline.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage partners and vendors, and ensure governance, risk management, testing, and go-live readiness across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing at least 1–3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT and SAP project methodologies.
• Experience working with system integrator partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance processes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure successful execution across all project phases.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, SAP partners, and IT teams.
• Coordinate internal and external project resources.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.

Job description

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements. The role manages cross-functional teams, system integrators, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance processes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure successful execution across all project phases.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP implementation partners, and IT teams.
• Facilitate project steering committee, status meetings, and executive reporting.
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution with functional and technical teams.
• Manage SAP implementation partners, consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Track vendor deliverables and adherence to contractual commitments.
• Coordinate internal and external project resources.

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish project governance, reporting, RAID management, and project controls.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management methodologies.

Testing & Deployment

• Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• Coordinate business readiness, training, and change management efforts.
• Support stabilization and hypercare activities post go-live.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing at least 1-3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT and SAP project methodologies.
• Experience working with system integrator partners.
