Job summary

Macky Champ Software Ventures Inc. (MCSV) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead multiple software implementation projects and strengthen project management and business analysis practices.

You will manage projects, understand business processes, work confidently with clients, and develop junior members of the project team. You will manage projects end-to-end, understand complex business processes, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in software implementation or project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Excellent project status reporting and presentation skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing is a plus.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, CBAP certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software implementation projects from requirements gathering through UAT, deployment, go-live, and turnover
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Conduct client requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements
• Coordinate closely with clients, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams
• Manage project scope and identify requirements that require change requests
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely project status reports for MCSV Management and client management
• Maintain project dashboards, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and other project controls
• Lead internal and client project status meetings
• Identify project risks and delays early and drive issues toward resolution

About the role

Macky Champ Software Ventures Inc. (MCSV) is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead multiple software implementation projects and help strengthen project management and business analysis practices. You will manage projects, understand business processes, work confidently with clients, and develop junior members of the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple software implementation projects from requirements gathering through UAT, deployment, go-live, and turnover

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Conduct client requirements gathering and business process analysis

• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements

About you

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, business analysis, or similar roles

• Experience managing multiple projects or implementations simultaneously

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation

• Excellent project status reporting and presentation skills

• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead, coach, and develop junior team members

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with project management and collaboration tools

• Experience in WMS, ERP, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or other enterprise systems is a strong advantage

• PMP, Agile/Scrum, CBAP, or similar certifications are an advantage but not required
