Job summary

SM Retail is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead planning, design coordination, and execution of architectural projects from concept development to completion.

The role will manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, review plans, and ensure design concepts are translated into high-quality outcomes for store development and renovations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 5–8 years of experience in architectural design, PM, or construction project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience in retail, commercial, or large-scale development projects preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end architectural projects from planning, design development, execution, to completion.
• Lead coordination with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and oversee architectural plans, design concepts, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved design, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and visual presentations to support project requirements.
• Utilize design and rendering tools to create and review architectural visualizations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site coordination and inspections to ensure alignment between design intent and implementation.
• Support retail store development, renovation, and expansion projects.

• Experience in retail, commercial, or large-scale development projects is highly preferre
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skill
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
