You will own assigned projects, solve problems, align internal teams, and maintain clear communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management.
• Architect licensed and registered (preferred).
• Keen eye for detail and adherence to specifications.
• Strong field experience on-site.
• Clear communicator able to handle clients.
• Solid leadership presence and accountability.
• Highly organized, proactive, and coordinated.
• Problem solver able to manage issues without escalation.

Responsibilities

• Execution: monitor day-to-day operations on multiple kitchen and restaurant projects.
• People: ensure architects, engineers, and on-site teams hit deliverables.
• Clients: be the go-to partner for clients and provide updates.
• Coordination: work across internal and external partners to keep everything moving.
• Quality: oversee plan accuracy, site progress, punch lists, and final turnover.
• Reporting: provide daily, weekly updates and risk flags to the Chief of Staff.
