Job Summary

We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager who will lead the planning, design coordination, and execution of architectural projects from concept development to completion. This role will manage project timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that design concepts are successfully translated into high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilitie

• sManage end-to-end architectural projects, including planning, design development, execution, and project completion
• .Lead coordination with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• .Review and oversee architectural plans, design concepts, technical drawings, and project documentation
• .Ensure projects are delivered according to approved design, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• .Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and visual presentations to support project requirements
• .Utilize design and rendering tools to create and review architectural visualizations
• .Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion
• .Conduct site coordination and inspections to ensure alignment between design intent and actual implementation
• .Support retail store development, renovation, and expansion projects

• nsLicensed Architec
• t.At least 5-8 years of experience in architectural design, project management, or construction project executio
• n.Strong background in architectural planning, design development, and project coordinatio
• n.Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchU
• p.Knowledgeable in rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, or 3D Ma
• x.Experience in retail, commercial, or large-scale development projects is highly preferre
• d.Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skill
