Job summary

NCS Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager to define strategy, plan work streams, and lead teams from requirements to deployment, aligning stakeholders and budgets.

You will manage PnL, coordinate resources across functions, monitor progress with metrics, report status to management and clients, and mentor the Scrum Master while delivering on time and within scope in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Defines strategy and plan for the project (work plan, team structure, processes, stakeholders, configurations).
• Lead projects from requirements through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Manages the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Executes and monitors the project plan with metrics and quality expectations.
• Reports accurate project status to management and customer stakeholders.
• Manage risk, stakeholder relationships, and expectations during the project.
• Mentors Scrum Master (Internal Role).
• Collaborates across departments to achieve common business objectives.

• Defines strategy and justifies the entire plan for the project (work plan, team structure, team process, stakeholder involvement plan, configuration management plan, management plans, and the like).
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Manages the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Executes & monitors the execution of the project plan in meeting the organization’s goal for project schedule, budget, and quality expectation. Use metrics to monitor (EVM), analyze, and manage projects.
• Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
• Manage risk management, stakeholder management, client relationships, and expectations for the duration of the project.
• Mentors Scrum Master (Internal Role)
