Job summary

ThinkBIT Solutions in Manila is seeking a project manager to drive projects from scope to delivery across software development, testing and infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.

You will maintain agile practices, manage risks, attend client meetings, and coordinate communications with stakeholders to align with program policies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Delivers defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality.
• Aligns project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans.
• Prioritizes tasks and resolves issues/conflicts.
• Governs and resolves risks and issues across disciplines (SW development, SW testing, infrastructure).
• Responsible for the overall project communication plan and manages relationships with project stakeholders.
• Maintain & improve the standard approach for Agile Projects.
• Coordinate and manage expectations of the client.
• Manage resources and team to be able to deliver to client expectations.
• Attend client meetings and briefs.

Job description

You will be part of multiple projects to work on developing applications. In this role, you and other specialized roles will work together to fulfill projects ranging from simple features to complex requirements that demand further growth in project management.
