Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale engineering and construction programs across multiple military installations in the Philippines. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex engineering/construction programs.

• Strong risk management, feasibility analysis and program controls expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale engineering and construction programs across multiple installations.
• Provide feasibility evaluations, construction methodologies, and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated Program Risk Register with mitigation plans.
• Deliver risk assessments, progress reports, and actionable recommendations for portfolio controls.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.

Job description

The Project Manager will oversee large-scale, complex engineering and construction programs across multiple military installations in the Philippines. The objective is to synthesize complex project-level data into actionable intelligence, enabling Government leadership to maintain proactive program controls, budget discipline, and schedule alignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct large-scale engineering and construction programs, consolidating project-level data into enterprise-level insights for strategic decision-making.
• Provide feasibility evaluations, construction methodology recommendations, portfolio resource allocation strategies, and quality trend assessments.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated Program Risk Register; identify systemic, environmental, geopolitical, and supply-chain threats; quantify impacts; and develop mitigation/recovery strategies.
• Deliver regular risk assessments, progress reports, and actionable recommendations to ensure proactive program controls, budget discipline, and schedule alignment across the portfolio.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing complex engineering and construction programs, preferably across multiple sites or installations.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable intelligence for executive leadership.
• Strong expertise in risk management, feasibility analysis, and program controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
