Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale engineering and construction programs across multiple military installations in the Philippines. The role focuses on translating complex project data into actionable intelligence for proactive governance and budget discipline.

The ideal candidate will have PgMP/PMP/CCM certification and 10+ years of experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills to drive schedule alignment and portfolio

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale engineering and construction programs, consolidating project-level data into enterprise-level insights for strategic decision-making.
• Provide feasibility evaluations, construction methodology recommendations, portfolio resource allocation strategies, and quality trend assessments.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated Program Risk Register; identify systemic, environmental, geopolitical, and supply-chain threats; quantify impacts; and develop mitigation/recovery strategies.
• Deliver regular risk assessments, progress reports, and actionable recommendations to ensure proactive program controls, budget discipline, and schedule alignment across the portfolio.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

The objective is to synthesize complex project-level data into actionable intelligence, enabling Government leadership to maintain proactive program controls, budget discipline, and schedule alignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct large-scale engineering and construction programs, consolidating project-level data into enterprise-level insights for strategic decision-making.

• Strong expertise in risk management, feasibility analysis, and program controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
