Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Site Project Lead to oversee fit-out and construction activities from planning to handover. You will supervise interior works, coordinate MEP, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety on site.

The role requires a Civil/Architecture/Interior Design background with 2–3 years of leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. You will report to the Project Manager and drive project delivery on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2-3 years of fit-out or construction experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of interior works, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and MS Office.
• Skilled in project planning, cost control, and quality management.
• Experienced in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Good understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and permits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible for overall project delivery from planning to handover.

Responsibilities

• Review of Plans, BOM and Scope of Works.
• Review of Overall Project Timeline.
• Preparation and Monitoring Detailed Activity & Forecast of Works of Vendor.
• Prepare Pre-Construction Requirements.
• Monitoring and follow up of Progress of necessary Permits Prior to Mobilization.
• Attending Project Review prior to Mobilization.
• Supervise Layout and Marking on Site.
• Conducts Site Joint inspection with Design Team (Idr, Ar, Engr).
• Implementation on site based on FCD (Ar & Engr).
• Site Supervision of Architecture, Engineering works & Other related works.
• Attend and verify Testing and collection of Test results.
• Arrange and Conduct Weekly Site Meeting with Vendors.
• Collection of Information and Update on site progress from Vendors.
• Checking As built Plans.
• Prepare Post Maintenance Document for Client and Building Admin.
• Attend preventive maintenance service and post fit-out works rectifications.
• Preparation of Vendor Evaluation.
• Direct reporting to PM for Daily site updates, Site issues and concern.
• Attend to Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Deputy Manager and Fit-out Director for critical work.
