Job summary

Unison Computer Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and delivering IT sales projects in Pasig and nearby sites.

You will work with clients to gather requirements, develop tailored IT solutions, and support the sales process with proposals and estimates. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in structured cabling projects or IT project management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• With at least 1 year experience in structured cabling projects, in project management, preferably in an IT sales environment.
• Familiar with a range of IT solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to go to different sites for meetings and implementation activities.
• Must be willing to do offsite work and be assigned in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Assist on planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Work closely with clients to gather project requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and address issues to ensure delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans and status reports.
