Job summary

AGC Power Holdings Corp seeks a Project Manager to oversee events from feasibility and briefing through pre-production, production and post-production for all assigned projects.

You will coordinate with suppliers, vendors and cross-functional teams for on-ground, virtual and hybrid formats, manage budgeting and timelines, and adapt to changing schedules with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when events demand.

• Background or understanding of project management, event planning, or event production.

The Project Manager oversees all elements of producing an online or on-ground event from feasibility, briefing, pre-production, production and post-production for all assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Background or demonstrated understanding of project management, event planning, or event production.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end event production process, including feasibility assessment, conceptualization, pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Familiarity with on-ground, virtual, and hybrid event formats.
• Understanding of event logistics, production requirements, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with suppliers, vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, work within deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when required by event schedules.
