Job summary

Our Clients in Makati is seeking a seasoned Events Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations and promotional campaigns. You will oversee the production team, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure top-quality execution from pre-production to post-event activities.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading teams in a dynamic events environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in event production, brand activations, or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership or people management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
