Job summary

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to oversee the logistical and operational needs of live and broadcast events from pre-production to post-event. You will lead the events team, coordinate with regional offices, manage artist bookings and travel, ensure budget compliance and safety, and liaise with partners, producers and government offices to deliver flawless experiences.

• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, including embassies and government offices, to ensure smooth event execution.

Position Summary:
The Senior Events Specialist oversees and orchestrates the logistical and operational requirements of the Event, from pre–departure, during and post-event. Leads the team from pre-production to actual events mounting. Handles all the outsourcing requirements of events (creatives, production, logistics, travel requirements) to ensure that all deliverables and commitments to Global regions, Ad Sales, partners, producers and audience are met. Represents the Events Operations Team to the various regions and Manila LOBs.

Technical Skills Requirements

• Knowledge in equipment used on live and broadcast events
• Knowledgeable in desktop computer operation and software – especially Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable on use and application of different digital media
• Knowledgeable in basic editing (MAC-based) and basic event production processes
