• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with license and locally available.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Preferably completed or managed at least one commercial, residential, or high-rise project.
• Preferably with 10 years experience in management level.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains and manages customer requirements and expectations regarding the project performance.
• Effectively applies the approved methodologies and project standards of the Company.
• Manages and analyzes project budget and expenses.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing as well as strictly monitors receivables for project.
