Job summary

Outsourced, a leading Philippines outsourcing firm based in Manila, seeks a highly organized Project Manager (Digital & AdOps) to coordinate workflows, timelines, and team operations across digital advertising and ad operations.

You will work with the Lead Project Manager in London, ensure deliverables on time, maintain documentation, and manage stakeholder expectations. This is a home-based role requiring strong English communication and practical coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency, advertising, media, or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with international teams across time zones.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the Lead Project Manager and wider team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital advertising and campaign operations.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between Sales, Strategy, and Ad Operations teams.
• Assist with resource allocation, task assignment, and workload tracking across projects.
• Prepare and maintain project status updates and reports for key client accounts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag potential delays, issues, or risks.
• Maintain accurate project and process documentation.
• Support consistent quality control throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables and requirements are clearly understood and completed.
• Work closely with the Lead Project Manager in London to support smooth project execution and team operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Digital & AdOps) to join our team and work closely with the Lead Project Manager based in London. The role will be responsible for coordinating project workflows, campaign deliverables, timelines, and team operations across digital advertising and ad operations activities. The successful candidate will work across multiple stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track, deliverables are completed on time, and campaign processes are managed consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of digital advertising and campaign operations.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key deadlines to ensure timely completion.
