Outsourced. ph is looking for a proactive Digital Operations & Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing, business development, and online operations from a remote setting in the Philippines.

The role requires 3+ years in digital marketing, social media, CRM, or website management, with excellent English and strong organizational skills. Work schedule is M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm AEST, with a work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, website management, or business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage website updates, content, and basic A/B testing.
• Manage social media posts, videos, keywords, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market, competitor, and lead-generation research.
• Manage email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Set up and manage CRM systems such as Splose.
• Support online course platforms, payment portals, and customer access issues.
• Post recruitment ads and maintain lead/prospect databases.
• Assist with product inventory and logistics.
• Identify and recommend new ideas to generate leads and grow the business.
