Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee cabinet installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within quality, and budget. This role requires strong coordination with sales agents, designers, and installation teams to deliver exceptional results that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate with sales agents and designers to understand project requirements and client expectations.
- Ensure all necessary resources, including materials and manpower, are available and scheduled for the project.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Supervise all site activities which include site measurements, site markings, regular site visits, deliveries, installation, punch listing, turn-over and after sale servicing, and ensuring adherence to the project plan.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Agent Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agent during the installation process.
- Provide regular updates to agents on project status and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Obtain necessary approvals from clients or agents for any concerns.
- Quality Control and Problem Solving:
- Ensure all installation meet Oppein's quality standards and client specifications.
- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process.
- Conduct final inspections and handovers to agents and clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the completed project.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and client communications.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
