Job summary

GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED in the Philippines is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure. You will define scope, deliverables, timelines, and coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.

You will track performance, manage risks, ensure IT governance compliance, and prepare regular status reports. Strong communication, leadership, and SDLC knowledge are essential for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure projects, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Trello, and Asana.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledgeable in workflow and process control software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to document business requirements and functional specs.
• Ability to train end users and build client relationships.
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies; vendor and contract management.
• Budgeting, cost control, and change management.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure projects, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Visio and Project to be utilized in devising QA processes.
