Job summary

Blue Star in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager to lead electrical construction at project sites, ensuring execution per drawings, specs, quality standards and timelines.

You will plan, monitor progress, manage subcontractors and resources, coordinate with Design, MEP, Civil, PMC and customers, and drive QA/QC, safety, testing, commissioning and handover.

Required: 10+ years of related experience and a BE/BTech in Electrical.

• Experience leading electrical construction teams.
• Ability to coordinate with design, MEP, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities at project sites, ensuring execution as per drawings, specs, QA/QC and timelines.

Project Construction Manager – Electrical Construction
Project Execution: Lead electrical construction activities at project sites, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
Planning & Progress: Monitor site progress against planned schedules, identify deviations and drive corrective actions for timely project completion.
Site & Resource Management: Manage electrical subcontractors, manpower, materials and resources to ensure optimum productivity and efficient site execution.
Coordination: Coordinate with Design, MEP, Civil, PMC, consultants and customers to resolve technical and execution-related issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, statutory requirements and EHS standards, minimizing rework, defects and safety risks.
Project Closure: Drive testing, commissioning, snag closure, documentation and timely handover of electrical works.
