Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget.
Developingproject scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

Licensed Engineer, is not required but a plus with at least 3years experience in project engineering and management.
Must have an adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in substations, installation of genset, trouble shooting, mechanical and electrical equipment such as: Genset, busduct and transformer.
Willing to work on-site and start immediately.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction industry.
