Job summary

Euroasia Manpower Services, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Operations Operator to plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day logistics for industrial projects, ensuring the seamless flow of goods and accurate documentation.

You will manage transport orders, update milestones in the TMS, verify trade documents, and coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and vendors to meet client SOPs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in freight forwarding or project logistics.
• Proficient in end-to-end transport documentation and invoicing workflows.
• Advanced MS 365 skills and familiarity with logistics platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound shipment tasks following client SOPs.
• Create transport orders, maintain job files, update milestones in the TMS.
• Collect and upload trade documents (CIV, PKL, COO, CMR, MBL, HBL, IMA, PODs).
• Assist with invoicing by cross-checking rates and generating proforma/final invoices.
• Set up customer project organizations and vendor profiles in core databases.
• Monitor cargo movements across Air, Ocean, and Ground; update tracking portals.
• Secure PODs and CMRs on arrival; upload to SharePoint and client systems.
• Identify delays or errors and escalate to Team Lead.
• Support tender process by gathering rate inputs and consolidating data.
• Communicate daily with carriers and warehouses to confirm schedules.
