Job summary
Technology Pryme Integrated Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT support specialist in Metro Manila. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in information services or related technology and at least 3 years’ experience in customer service or POS familiarity.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software, work with LAN/WAN, and provide remote troubleshooting with clear instructions. A valid driver’s license and basic carpentry skills are required.

- Bachelor's degree in information services or related technology, or corresponding knowledge through work experience
- At least 3 years' experience in customer service company or familiar with POS systems
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software - installing, configuring, diagnosing and troubleshooting
- Competency in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Applications, and desktop software
- Intermediate knowledge in LAN, WAN, Computer/PC hardware, internet systems, tools and concepts
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including verbal and written communications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
- Basic carpentry and civil works
