Job description

Responsibilities

• Supporting the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency.
• Conducting required research and developing best practices.
• Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in 3D Printer, CNC, Laser Cutter is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, Responsible, hardworking and flexible.
• Has good communication skills and moral character.
• Confident and persuasive when making sales presentations.
