Job summary

BestBuilders, Inc. is seeking a Technical Adviser for their construction site in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a licensed engineer status, along with 2-3 years of experience in Cost Engineering and on-site supervision. The successful candidate will act as the main technical advisor, supervise workers, manage project schedules, and ensure quality control and safety compliance. Willingness to relocate for work is a must.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in Cost Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, estimating and other areas of the project.
• At least 2-3 years experience in the field area.
• Willing to be relocated anytime to monitor other areas and sites.
