Job summary

Responsibilities

• Objective Development
  - Reviewing project proposals and plans.
  - Collaborating with management to define project objectives.
• Project Planning and Design
  - Identifying project phases and elements.
  - Assigning personnel to specific phases and elements.
  - Studying product design, client requirements, and performance standards.
  - Preparing cost estimates and Bill of Materials.
  - Conducting tests to confirm product performance.
• Project Execution and Monitoring
  - Studying project plans and specifications.
  - Calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
  - Monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues under tight schedules and extreme pressure.
• Quality Control and Cost Management
  - Reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes.
  - Regulating jobsite expenses.
  - Providing regular project status reports to management.
• Safety and Environment
  - Enforcing safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
  - Creating a harmonious and productive teamwork environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Electrical Engineering (BSEE), or Architecture (preferably licensed).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Specific experience must align with project needs.
