Job summary

Thermovar Pipes Sales and Services is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to direct, organize, and implement project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role involves coordinating site works, attending meetings, and ensuring installations align with validated drawings and specifications.

The candidate should have an engineering degree and 2+ years in related construction, with strong communication and office software skills to report daily progress and status to the PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Sanitary).
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• At least 1 year experience in vertical/horizontal construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency in standard office applications such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and implement site activities under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Attend site coordination meetings and assist with determination of project requirements; keep the Project Manager informed about status and issues.
• Ensure proper installation at site in accordance with approved for construction and shop drawings.
• Be accountable for the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site.
• Coordinate works between project site and project management including manpower, materials and equipment.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide information about project status and issues.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for effective implementation of all site works/activities and operations to meet contract obligation.

2. Responsible in attending site coordination meetings and assists with determination of project requirements. Keeps the Project Manager

and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.

3. Responsible in maintaining the proper installation at site in accordance with the approved for construction and shop drawings.

4. Accountable in the efficiency of all manpower provided at project site.

5. Responsible for the coordination works between project site and project management team which includes additional manpower, mate-

rials and equipments.

6. Responsible in preparing daily accomplishment report and provide information about project status and issues that may impact client relations.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Sanitary)

2. Must have at least two (2) years working experience in the related field

3. Must have at least one (1) year experience in vertical/horizontal construction

4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications

6. Must have problem solving and decision making skills

7. Must have proficiency in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheets, and presentation applications
