• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; and sequencing project elements.
• Adheres to project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems under tight schedules and extreme pressure.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Control project costs by monitoring and regulating job site expenses.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing job site accomplishments and reporting to management.
• Perform the Toolbox meeting every day with the workers.
• Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence to technical issues.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to best practices.

About the role
