Job summary

Stelsen Integrated Systems Inc. is seeking a Project In-Charge to oversee the successful execution of security, fire detection, ICT, and auxiliary systems projects across site locations in the Philippines.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, monitor resources, review drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in project/site supervision, preferably in systems integration, construction, or MEP/ELV projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day implementation of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects meet approved plans, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and site requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress.
• Review project drawings, plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and required documentation.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and site concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and client standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and project turnover.

About you

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel to project locations
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, Structured Cabling, ICT, Barrier Systems, and other auxiliary/security systems is an advantage
