About the role
Manage and oversee day-to-day project site operations for construction projects. The role involves ensuring project activities are implemented according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and quality requirements, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and monitoring all aspects of site execution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day project site operations
- Ensure project activities are implemented according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades
- Supervise and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programs
- Review drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Identify site issues, conflicts, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the QA/QC and Safety teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, accomplishments, and project concerns
About you
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- At least two (2) years experience in construction project/site management, preferably MEPF works
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Project-In-Charge, or similar position is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, project implementation, and site coordination
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Familiar with project scheduling, manpower planning, material requirements, and site coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple project requirements
- Willing to work on project sites and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades
