Job summary

R. R. ENCABO CONSTRUCTORS INCORPORATED is seeking a Project Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at the project site in the Western Visayas region.

The role requires liaising with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards, and supporting the design team with technical changes. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in vertical structures, strong knowledge of construction methods, and proven project

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with license.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer in vertical structures.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
